MOJITO

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml Bacardi white rum
  • 1 tsp castor sugar
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Limes
  • Soda water

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add quartered limes and a handful of fresh mint to a tall glass.
  • Add the sugar
  • Use a muddler to squeeze out the juices
  • Fill the glass with crushed ice
  • Top with soda water and stir with a spoon
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint
