INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml Bacardi white rum
- 1 tsp castor sugar
- Fresh mint leaves
- Limes
- Soda water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add quartered limes and a handful of fresh mint to a tall glass.
- Add the sugar
- Use a muddler to squeeze out the juices
- Fill the glass with crushed ice
- Top with soda water and stir with a spoon
- Garnish with a sprig of mint
